Great location with easy access to a supermarket and convenience store, so you don't have to keep running to the front desk for everything. the staff was super nice and always polite. 😊

Queensize bed zu small, Breakfast a joke (grab and go) no room service, towel change by ourselves What we could do better: never again stay in this chain, other chains offer much more for less price in same area

The hotel is conveniently located near Riverwalk, Tybee Island, and Midtown/Historic Savannah. The room is bright and spacious, equipped with central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave oven. The bathrooms are reasonably spacious with a bath. The location in the historic district makes it easy to get around.

The place was terrible... there was a big hole above the window in the hall and also a hole in our bathroom above the mirror. When we went to sit on the edge of the bed the entire mattress stood straight up..scared us half to death!!! Awful

Savannah lovely and interesting. Hotel close to shops and cafes. Short drive to Downtown Savannah. Also on a bus route (14). Useful kitchen facilities in room - large fridge, 2 rings and a microwave. Two beds and a seating area for eating etc.
Initially no record of our booking on arrival. Took well over an hour to resolve. Eventually sorted, although we were in a different style room to the one booked. Don't know the cause of the problem, but another couple had a similar problem at the same time.
